Ware and Partners offices are located on the 3rd level of the NAB Building in Hobart, Tasmania.

The firm is an amalgamation of several well known legal firms that practiced in Hobart over many years. These were Crisp Wright and Brown which commenced practice in the 1930s and later became Brown Ware and Hay in 1979.  

The practices of two other well known Hobart lawyers were incorporated into Ware and Partners several years before moving into the AMP Building.

These practices included those of Mr Tom Simpson, who practiced in Hobart for over 40 years, and Mr Howard Piggott, who practiced in Hobart for 27 years and who now practices law in Sydney.
